The image comes as Jaipur municipal body is functioning hard to top in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
In a disgusting & disgraceful instance for the BJP Party in Rajasthan, a snap of minister of health Mr. Kalicharan Saraf seen urinating on the walls of the Pink City has gone viral. He though shrugged it off, saying it was "not a big matter".
As per the rules, those urinating on roads are asked to pay fine of Rs. 200.As media reached his workplace to ask for his reply, he declined to remark, saying he doesn't want to speak on this issue as it is not a big concern.
Reacting to this happening, Rajasthan’s Congress Party vice President Archana Sharma told IANS that at an instant when so many funds are being exhausted on Swachh Bharat, such influential are giving an incorrect point by doing such "disgraceful" actions.
This must not have happened by the minister in his own electorate, she added.
Mrs. Sharma also alleged that all through Dholpur by-polls when they were departing there jointly, Saraf did the same work - urinating in public - on the way but though she failed to snap a photo of them there for the reason that of "poll tension at that time".
