Dr. Granny
In the show, Granny was often referred to as "Doctor Granny" his full title being Dr. Granny, MD. But she wasn't really a Medical Practitioner. She was 70 years old. According to state records, his cause of death was both his glioblastoma and arteriosclerotic heart disease.
