In fairness to ESPN’s Michael Smith, it actually was a cheery query.

With Foxx stopping by Smith’s SportsCenter show prior to playing in the NBA’s Celebrity Game in All-Star Weekend, Smith was teasing around and brought the film Love & Basketball since questioning if Foxx and his girlfriend, Katie Holmes, ever had the one-on-one.

Foxx, though, was not smiling.

The actor took an instant to take note to the first element of the query, but as shortly as Smith brought up Holmes he at once stood up, took his headset off and stride away, leaving Smith doubting what had just happened.
