For example, AB negative is rarest blood group found in the United States and O positive is the most commonly available blood group. The people who carry such type of blood and can accept blood only from Bombay Blood type and not from other individuals having common blood group combination O, AB, B, A, etc. during the process of transfusion. This kind of blood group was discovered in 1952 by Dr. Y.M Bhende in Bombay, hence from there, it derives its name.
RH Null is another blood group that is rarely found among the people. This blood group lacks Rh antigens and people with this type commonly have hemolytic anemia and are at a risk during the process of blood transfusion. Just like O blood group Rh Null blood group also has a life- saving property and is known as a universal donor for anyone who has such blood group. The people with this blood group need to remain a little bit more careful while driving. The children born from such blood group are normal or maybe probe to mild anemia.
