SMART VILLAGE DHANORA OF DHOLPUR BELONGS TO RAJASTHAN

I remember people of other state who have never been to Rajasthan always asked me whether you ride a camel , you have a house in the middle of desert. This is an answer to those who bullyed Rajsthani's being envy of their rich culture. The first Indian Village to be awarded as SMART VILLAGE belongs to Rajasthan . It is loacted 248km away from Jaipur. The total number of toilets constructed in Panchayat through help of district administration and public participation. This Panchayat has been declared as first " OPEN DEFACATION FREE" Panchayat by district administration. It is the first village to have sewerage line with treatment plant and it has laid down nearly 2km long and 450mm diameter line in the village.

Each toilet of Dhanora village is connected to swerage line with inspection chambers . There are many achievements of this village , all cannot be mentioned here. It has been mentioned by many reputed newspaper and has also been acknowledged by our governemnt too. 

The main issue every village faces is of clean water and proper education. The village was facing problems like Unemployment , poverty , fluctuation in power supply , encroachment on the roads , etc. This village has come up with the concept of generating mineral water and the schools have digital facility which most of the private school of a metro city offers. The village has wifi facility and has water conservation projects too.

The society is working towards providing good values to it's residents by getting the walls of the village painting with slogans than provide moral values. The development of the village is having five paths Redevelopment, Retrofitting, e-Pan, Livelihood ,Green fields. At a glance , it's the ideal village for development and all villages should look up to . Hope every village of India becomes Smart Village one day.
