Tyra Banks had nose Job done in her early career.

The supermodel, who is recognized for keeping it real, disclosed in her novel record, "Perfect Is Boring," that she had a synthetic surgical procedure on her nose early in her career.

"I had a skeleton in my nose that was increasing and burning," Banks, 44, told People in a dialogue to endorse her book. "I could respire fine, but I added aesthetic operation. I confess it! Fake hair and I did my nose. I feel I have a liability to tell the reality."

Banks has nil against makeup also, saying the "no makeup" look just isn't for her.

"As a model, I needed makeup," said the mother of one. "I don’t believe there’s something wrong with that. It leveled mine on stage ground. Gisele, you don’t need it? I do! And we’re together modeling for Victoria’s Secret."

By giving out her prettiness secrets, Banks hopes to start a more truthful chat about looks.

"If you like your innate self, don’t fret about it," she said. "But if you sense unconfident about something...I have a magic bag of prettiness actions to make you who you want to be. Permanent or transitory, I do not judge."

"There is a borderline -- whichever you’re supernatural or you live at the artificial surgeon. It’s acceptable to hop back and forth over that line," Banks said. "You desire a hair weave? Fine. Do you want lasting eyebrows? Fine. We as women require ending judging."
