Kitchen shows are always trending as they always amaze who love food. Today I am going to share with you the amazing journey of an Indian chef named Amninder Sindhu who is participating in the most famous show “The Final Table” that will be air on Netflix. In the show there are plenty of genius chefs are participating from all over the world.

Amninder Sindhu is a Mumbai based chef that is working as an Executive chef of Arth. Now she will try her hard luck with these top-notch contestants of the show. The show will become more interesting when the judges will give challenges to the contestants but with a twist. Participants will create native dishes from countries that judges belong. These aspirants will compete with each other in pairs.

Q. “Congratulations! You are the only chef from India representing the country on the show. Wasn’t that an immense pressure?”

“I did feel a great deal of pressure as I did not want to let the country down. I also had the support of a billion people back home which encouraged me to do my best. I have always believed in inspiring young Indian chefs, and I hope I’ve done so by putting myself out there in a global competition like this. Apart from being really happy that I was selected, I was extremely excited that they chose someone who believes in ethnic Indian cuisine to represent the country.”

Q. “Tell us something we wouldn’t know when watching the show.”

“I’ve always watched cooking competitions and wondered how contestants manage to mess up when they have a whole 60 minutes to dish out something. I realised that under so much pressure your thinking goes haywire. You tend to make tons of mistakes and those 60 minutes that you get feel like six minutes.”

Q. “How has doing the show impacted you?”

“I feel really good about what I am doing back home. I have a great foundation, and knew I was doing something right which I need to build on. The concept I’m working with right now has never been seen in the world before. Having a custom-designed no gas kitchen, using ancient Indian methods of cooking over charcoal and wood, and serving ethnic Indian cuisine is something that I really believe in. Now it’s my job to make others believe in serious Indian cuisine. It also made me realise that working with others and sharing ideas inspires you, especially when you’re getting an international perspective on what you’re doing.”

Q. “Was there another contestant on the show that you really bonded with?”

“I made so many friends on the show, but someone I really connected with is Chef Esdras Ochoa, aka the Taco King of L.A. He is my Mexican brother from another mother!”
